Help! What’s my wig/u-part size?
We make it easy for you to choose a wig that fits beautifully. Follow this guide and you won’t go wrong:
Small (50cm) fits a 21-22 inch head
Medium (52cm) fits a 22-23 inch head
Large (54cm) fits a 24-25 inch head
Our wigs are of superior quality and feature an adjustable strap for a flawless, comfortable fit. We offer two material types:
Small-hole mesh cloth for breathability
Flower lace net for a gorgeously girly touch
Will my wig come ready to wear?
Somewhat – it depends on your skills.
Your wig will come with pre-bleached knots and a natural hairline. All you have to do is cut the lace and you can wear your wig.
However, for a seamless finish, we recommend you find a wig stylist for your installation. Professionals do it best! Why not schedule an appointment at our wig studio?
I’m hoping for a natural look. What color is the lace?
With lace colors ranging from light brown to transparent, you’ll keep people guessing. We only use fine but durable lace because we build our hair systems to last.
I’m craving those Clip-Ins! What density is right for me?
Choose your Clip-Ins based on the density and cut of your natural hair. If your hair is relatively fine with a thin density, our 100g sets are best. If your hair is of a thicker density or bluntly cut, you’ll benefit from our 200g sets.
When can I use my Wig Closet privileges?
Immediately! You’ll be given an auto-generated membership number and can enjoy the Wig Closet perks right away. Meanwhile, our concierge will prepare your membership intro package.
When does my Wig Closet membership end?
We know you’re busy and things like canceling memberships can slip your mind. So we do it for you, automatically. Your Wig Closet membership ends automatically, yearly on the anniversary of the date you signed up. If you want to keep your perks and privileges, just sign up again!
I like to change my look on the regular. How often are wig collections released?
Queens of reinvention will be happy. Our private wig collections are released three times a year, so you can frequently shake up your look.
I literally can’t wait to flaunt my new ‘do! When will I receive my order?
Nobody likes waiting on the mailman. So we process and ship every order with the utmost care and priority.
Regular orders are shipped within 7-14 days. Wig Closet members benefit from free U.S. ground shipping and orders are shipped the same day if placed by 11 a.m.
You’ll be notified by email when your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available so you can see when your package is going to arrive. If there are issues with your order, reach out to us at info@embreetheory.com.
