Our founder, Justi Embree, has been a licensed master stylist for over 20 years. Her inspiration for Embree Theory was a client who suffered from Lupus-related hair loss. For the client, not being able to part her hair was destroying her self-esteem - but Justi stepped up, created the solution, and Embree Theory was born.
